Nutrition Services

More Than a Meal

LifePath’s nutrition programs support health, independence and connection. Through Community Dining and Meals on Wheels, we provide nutritious meals and meaningful opportunities to stay engaged with others.

Our meals are prepared with care to support overall well-being, reduce food insecurity and promote routine and stability. Whether dining at a community site or receiving meals at home, participants benefit from reliable nutrition and regular contact with LifePath staff and volunteers.

Nutrition services are available to older adults throughout the Capital Region and are designed to meet a range of needs and circumstances. When additional support is required, LifePath helps connect individuals and families to other community resources.
