LifePath Center Events are neighborhood celebrations designed for community members who want to connect, enjoy a fun social experience and support LifePath close to home. These events are welcoming and affordable and are often held outside regular Center hours to make participation easy and inclusive.
For businesses and community partners, Center Events offer meaningful sponsorship opportunities with visible local impact. Sponsor support helps keep events free or offered at a nominal cost while strengthening programs that serve people right in their own communities.

St. Patrick's Day Dinner
Cohoes Senior Center
LifePath marked St. Patrick’s Day with friends and neighbors during a festive gathering filled with food, music and fun.
Attendees enjoyed a traditional corned beef dinner, an exciting raffle and fantastic Irish music performed by Twisted Kilt Duo. The event brought people together to share great food, good company and plenty of Irish spirit while celebrating the holiday with friends old and new.

Cinco de Mayo Festival
Watervliet Senior Center
LifePath celebrated Cinco de Mayo with attendees at the Watervliet Senior Center during a festive gathering presented by Dorothy Lacombe Adult Healthcare Nurse Practitioner PLLC.
Attendees enjoyed a day filled with delicious food, lively music and fun activities. Participants took turns breaking a piñata, created colorful sombreros using Oreo cookies and candy, challenged their neighbors with games and celebrated together with festive music and traditional treats.
The event brought people together for an afternoon of laughter, creativity and community spirit.

Dinner Theatre featuring a tribute to The Carpenter's

Even a rainy “Rainy Days and Mondays” kind of day couldn’t dampen the spirit as guests enjoyed LifePath’s Dinner Theatre tribute to The Carpenters at St. Matthew’s Church.
Guests were treated to dinner prepared by the LifePath at the Cohoes Senior Center team and live entertainment featuring “Richard and Karen Carpenter,” who performed beloved classics including “Close to You,” “We’ve Only Just Begun” and “Rainy Days and Mondays.” The familiar melodies had audience members singing and dancing while filling the room with energy.
LifePath extends its sincere thanks to the sponsors and volunteers whose generosity and hard work made the fundraiser possible.
