LifePath’s Social Adult Day Program provides a safe, welcoming person-centered environment where older adults enjoy meaningful activities, shared meals and social connection while caregivers receive support and peace of mind.
Programs and Activities
Participants take part in social, educational and wellness activities designed to promote connection, cognitive stimulation and daily enjoyment. Activities are tailored to individual interests and abilities and help reduce social isolation.
Activities include:
Music, memory and cognitive games
Arts and crafts projects
Group discussions and social time
Gentle fitness and movement sessions
Meals & Nutrition
The program provides daily breakfast, hot lunches and healthy snacks, prepared under the guidance of a registered dietitian. Mealtime is an opportunity for participants to connect with peers and enjoy balanced nutrition.

Who can participate and payment options
The program serves older adults 60 and older, primarily in Albany County, including individuals with mild to moderate cognitive impairment or chronic conditions and those seeking social connection, wellness and nutritious meals. Caregivers also benefit from support services that help prevent caregiver burnout.
