Senior Centers
Where connection, support and well-being come together
LifePath manages three senior centers in Albany County that are open Monday through Friday. The centers provide a safe, welcoming environment where older adults can enjoy nutritious meals, take part in programs and receive support that helps them stay active and independent. Each serves as a hub of community and connection, helping participants build relationships, feel involved and maintain a sense of belonging.
