
The Third Age Achievement Awards are not lifetime awards, instead, the award is designed to pay tribute to members of the Capital Region who are making significant contributions to our community after turning sixty. This award seeks to dispel the myth that getting older always means slowing down. The 60-plus stage of life can be a time full of opportunities to enrich our communities, pursue dreams, and provide leadership. The Third Age Achievement Awards honor individuals who are excelling in all of these endeavors.
This year’s recognition ceremony will take place on Friday, May 7, 2021 at 11:00 am as a hybrid event, bringing together our honorees and presenters at Wolfers Roost Country Club in a carefully socially-distanced gathering, while broadcasting the ceremony live via ZOOM.
